Using this website
Accessibility
Next IVA Auto Care wants people to be able to learn about our mobile detailing services and contact us, including visitors who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, or a phone.

1. Accessibility Commitment
We designed this website as a straightforward local-service site: clear headings, readable text, labeled forms, and more than one way to get in touch. We continue to look for barriers when we notice them or when someone tells us about a problem.
We have not asked a third-party organization to certify these pages against a formal accessibility standard, and we have not published an independent audit. Some visitors will still find barriers. This page explains what we have tried to support and how to reach us when something gets in the way.
2. Website Structure and Navigation
Pages use a shared layout with a header, main content, office-location information, and a footer. Primary links include Services, About, How It Works, FAQ, and Contact. Legal pages are linked in the footer.
Each page has one main heading. Longer pages use additional headings to break the content into sections. A “Skip to main content” link is available at the top of the page so keyboard users can move past the repeated navigation.
3. Keyboard Accessibility
Links, buttons, and form fields are meant to be reachable with a keyboard. Focus is shown with a visible outline. The header includes a menu control on smaller screens so the primary links can be opened and closed without a mouse.
If a control cannot be reached or the focus indicator is hard to see on your device, please tell us which page and which control caused the problem.
4. Readability and Responsive Design
The site uses dark text on a light background and a type size that scales with the viewport. Layouts are arranged so that pages can be read on a phone, tablet, or desktop. Legal and policy pages use a narrower reading width to make longer documents easier to follow.
You should be able to enlarge text with browser zoom. If a particular section overflows or becomes unreadable at a zoom level you rely on, we want to know.
5. Forms and Input Labels
The service-request form uses visible labels for name, email, phone, vehicle type, requested service, preferred location, and message. Required fields are marked. The form can be submitted from the homepage and from the Contact page. Both send the same kind of inquiry to Next IVA Auto Care.
If the form is difficult to complete, you do not have to use it. You may call +1 (916) 853-1549 or email [email protected] with the same kind of information.
6. Images and Alternative Text
Informational photographs and illustrations include alternative text that describes the scene. Some smaller card images sit next to a heading that already names the service, so those images may use empty alternative text to avoid repeating the same words.
Images on the site are generated illustrations. They are meant to suggest vehicle cleaning work. They are not photographs of our customers, employees, or completed jobs.
7. Third-Party Content
The office address is always available as text, along with clickable phone and email links. An OpenStreetMap view is optional. It loads only after you choose “View Office Location” or follow the OpenStreetMap link. That map is provided by a third party and may not meet the same keyboard or screen-reader behavior as the rest of this website.
You can use the business without the map. The office location is 1730 Watt Ave, Sacramento, CA 95825.
8. Known Limitations
Some parts of the site depend on the browser and operating system you use. The optional map, once opened, is outside our direct control. Generated images cannot convey every visual detail in a short text alternative. Older browsers may not support every layout or script behavior we use for the mobile menu or the map button.
We also know that accessibility is not finished work. A page that is usable for one person may still be difficult for another. We welcome specific reports rather than assuming the site is complete.
9. Reporting Accessibility Problems
If you have trouble using a page, please contact us and include the page address, the device or browser if you know it, and a short description of what happened. Examples include a link that cannot be reached with a keyboard, text that is hard to read, a form field without a clear label, or an image that does not make sense with its alternative text.
We will review reports and, where we can, improve the page or provide the same information another way, such as by phone or email.

11. Ongoing Improvements
When we change the website, we try to keep headings, labels, and contact paths intact. If a future change affects how you use the site, the contact details on this page remain the place to tell us. Improving access is part of keeping a usable service website, not a one-time claim that the work is done.
